If your size doesn't show in the drop down box for any style, that's because it has sold... the good news is we sometimes get shoes returned and could well get your size back!
To get in line for a returned pair in your size please email us at info@willowshoes.co.nz or phone 0800 145 890 and tell us the
style code, colour and size you desperately need! We promise to call you if we get we get one returned. Please remember there is no guarantee and also no obligation to buy when you do this. Its just the extra length we go to, to make sure you get just the shoes you love.
LEATHER - apply neutral or coloured cream to protect and moisturise leather then use nugget to restore colour. Avoid water. Apply cream after drying shoes when they get wet.
LEATHER SOLES - we recommend you visit a cobbler and apply a sole and heel cover to ensure a long life. Leather soles scuff and wear more than man made soles.
PATENT - Patent is leather with a shiny top layer. Avoid scuffing this shiny coating off and protect with specialist patent products available online and instore.
SUEDE - apply suede protector before wearing suede to protect from spills. Avoid spilling oily liquids and water. Keep dry and use a suede brush to remove dirt when dry. Do not apply creams or nuggets. Use a shoe dye to restore colour.
NUBUCK - apply suede protector and avoid water. Do not apply creams or nuggets. Use a shoe dye to restore colour.
WHAT IS 'BACK ORDER NOW' ?
When a style availability says "BACK ORDER NOW" that means the shoe hasn't arrived yet but we can allocate a pair to you and send it when it arrives. WHEN? Most of the time we know when stock is due and will let you know an approximate date.
PLEASE NOTE: In the case of backordered styles only, all sizes show on the website even if a size has been fully pre-ordered. If this is the case for your order we will get in touch to advise that your size can not be confirmed. BUT don't worry, we will always contact you and let you know, then put your name on our WAITING LIST because often another customer may change their mind and return the size and style YOU wanted! That's the kind of service we like to offer at Willow Shoes because we know how important getting shoes in long sizes can be.
