IS THERE GOOD PARKING AT YOUR STORES?
Both stores have great parking right outside.
WHAT IF I ORDER SOME SHOES AND THEY DON’T FIT?
Just pack them up and return them for a full refund of the purchase price or we can send you another pair. There is no extra postage charge for an exchange if you live within New Zealand.
DO YOU MAKE SHOES TO MEASURE?
Willow is a retail store and not a shoe factory so we can’t get individual shoes made for a customer. We do however spend a lot of time twisting and bending the arms of the shoe makers to get them to make all the most gorgeous ones for us in our sizes and with the best fit we can get.
DO YOU HAVE A SEASONAL SALE?
Absolutely. Every woman needs a sale bargain! Make sure you are on our mailing list and we will let you know about Seasonal Sales near you. We also always have end of season reductions available in store all the year PLUS there is a fantastic Sale section on our website where we place some shoes at crazy prices so keep watching!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY SHOES?
If they are in stock then it usually takes from 1 to 4 days nationwide around New Zealand and about 5 days to Australia. IF your shoe is not in stock yet we will let you know when it is due to arrive and keep you informed.
WHAT DO YOU USE MY DETAILS FOR?
We keep your name and address for sending seasonal catalogues and any other important shoe notices. We will never pass your details on to another company.

The atmosphere is welcoming, friendly, relaxed and not at all pushy. We are here to help and we want you to enjoy “playing” with shoes and to always feel you have got something that looks good and feels comfortable.
