IS THERE GOOD PARKING AT YOUR STORES?

Auckland – FREE PARKING is available at our store right outside in the bus lane after 9am.  If there is a big game on at Eden park which is just up the road and the parking is limited, you are welcome to use our customer carparks at the back of our store accessed from Shaw Street. See the big green signs on the side of our building

Wellington – FREE PARKING is available right outside our store and there is usually a park available as its a nice quiet suburb.

Christchurch – FREE PARKING just along from our store in Westminster Street.

Hamilton - FREE PARKING is available on the street outside our new store and there is a lot of extra parking around the area so there will always be time for a coffee stop too.

WHAT IF I ORDER SOME SHOES AND THEY DON’T FIT?

All shoes tend to fit differently. Call any of our stores or the 0800 145 890 customer number for some experienced advice from any of our staff and they will help you work out the sizing. But if you just dont like them, we have a "no problem" policy which means we will take them back for any reason at all as long as they are packed up and returned to us within 10 days in original condition.

DO YOU MAKE SHOES TO MEASURE?

Willow  Shoes is a retail store and not a shoe factory so we can’t get individual shoes made for a customer. We do however spend a lot of time twisting and bending the arms of the shoe makers to get them to make all the most gorgeous ones for us in our sizes and with the best fit we can get. If you have some good ideas you think we need to see, then send us some photos.

CAN I RETURN SHOES IF I JUST DON’T LIKE THEM?

We accept shoes back for any reason at all as long as they are in original condition and returned within our 10 day return period. We appreciate you only trying shoes on carpet and wearing for short preiods until you have made your decision.

DO YOU HAVE A SEASONAL SALE?

Oh yes! And you don’t want to miss it! To be sure you get early notice of our sale, put your name on our email or postal mailing list. All our Sales are also available online. Plus we have shoes and boots at Clearance prices all year round on our website and in store. And then there is THE WILLOW STEAL! Every week we put a great shoe or boot on there for a crazy price so keep watching!
