We keep your name and contact information on our database for the purpose of contacting you about offers related to Willow Shoes Limited and processing your orders. We will not pass your details on to any other business or individual without your permission. Under the Privacy Act 1993 you have the right to access, amend or remove your details at any time. You may do this by logging into your account at www.willowshoes.co.nz or by phoning us on 0800 145 890 or emailing us on info@willowshoes.co.nz and we can do it for you.

RETURNS

We offer a 100% refund or credit on the purchase price if you return your shoes within 10 days in original condition and with your receipt enclosed. To ensure you receive your refund we ask you only try the shoes on carpet and for short periods to avoid wear and damage. Fill in the RETURN FORM and send your shoes back to:Willow Shoes, 113 Sandringham Road, Mt Eden, Auckland, NZ. For your own protection we recommend you use courier or registered post. Willow Shoes does not accept liability for customer returns that don’t reach us. Please note: Refunds to credit cards can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account from the date of transactions due to bank delays.

DELIVERY

NEW ZEALAND

Delivery for orders within New Zealand is FREE! We currently use Fastway couriers. Please allow 1-5 working days for delivery depending on when your shoes are processed and where you live. Rural delivery can take a little longer.

AUSTRALIA

Willow Shoes accepts orders from Australia only. Delivery charges will apply to your order and vary depending on the number of pairs ordered. Currently we charge NA$35 for 1 pair and and NZ$50 for 2 -3 pairs. We will not ship orders that exceed $1000 in value due to customers restrictions.All international orders are required to pay an insurance charge as part of the postage charge. There are no free exchanges on international orders, postage and insurance would be charged again.

PAYMENT ON LINE

Purchases made on our website are processed using DPS. (insert logo) We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Internet Banking or a Cheque. The name that will appear on the cardholders bank statement is Willow Shoes Limited.

All transactions are processed in $NZ. Overseas transactions will be charged in $NZ at the exchange rate at the time of transaction.
