What we are looking for and what we offer... 
As we grow, we are needing to find more women to join our business who can be as passionate about our long shoes as we are!  Willow Shoes is an exciting small company that has a friendly "give and take" culture for our staff and suits natural and friendly people who understand the excitement women with long feet feel for our long shoes. Retail experience is not essential but is certainly an advantage, a flair for customer service is very important as  well as a 'muck in' and 'can do' attitdue.
