WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

Estimate your foot width
A width is narrow – your heel may often flip out of shoes
B width is average – you usually buy the same size each time
C Width is slightly wide – you sometimes need ½ a size bigger
D width is wide – many shoes feel tight and uncomfortable. |

Read the paragraph that corresponds to the width you think you are most likely to be. |
A Width - Buy only A or B width shoes in your measured foot length. Never C or D. |
| B Width - order the size you measured in step one in any style except D width shoes. |
| C Width - order ½ to 1 size larger than your measured foot size in B width shoes. Order your measured foot length in C or D width shoes. |
| D width - order 1 or 2 sizes larger in B width shoes than your measured foot length size. Do not order A width or some high cut styles unless its got an elastic top. Order D width shoes in the length you measured. |

CHECKING THE FIT OF YOUR SHOES
ALWAYS try shoes on carpet in case you decide to return them!
Make sure your toes are not touching the end of the shoes when you stand up.
Make sure you can wiggle your toes a little.
No numbness
Some firmness across the shoe is ok as it will usually ease.
If the shoe is extremely tight and becomes more uncomfortable then it is too small or narrow for you. Select ½ a size larger to try.
If you have narrow feet and have some minor heel slip you can ask us for a complimentary pair of heel grips.

European Sizes dont exactly match NZ sizes. In fact each european size only goes up by about 3/4 of a standard NZ size so sometimes you need to go up another European size to get a size to fit you.
Eg Size 42 fits 10.5 and 43 usually fits 11.25, 44 fits 12 so there is no exact 11.5. For someone who is a size 11.5 they may fit either the 43 or the 44 depending on the style and brand chosen. If you get really stuck just give us a call or even better, plan that girls trip to the city and visit our shop!

RETURNS
POLICY
We offer a 100% refund or credit on the purchase price if you return your shoes within 10 days in original condition and with your receipt enclosed. To ensure you receive your refund, we ask that you only try your shoes on carpet and for short periods to avoid wear and damage.
If you return your shoes in exchange for another size or style we will not charge you postage. This applies for 2 exchanges and within NZ only.
How to return your shoes
(1) Fill in the return form enclosed with your order. If you don't have a return form you can download one
by clicking here (PDF 21KB)
(2) With your return form, send your shoes to:
Willow Shoes, 113 Sandringham Road, Mt Eden, Auckland or PO Box 10181, Dominion Road Auckland, 1446.
For your own protection, we recommend you use a courier or registered post. Willow Shoes does not accept liability for customer returns that don’t reach us.
DELIVERY
WITHIN NEW ZEALAND
A courier charge applies to each order in addition to the purchase price as follows
1-3 pairs $7.50 per pair
4th and 5th pairs $5 per pair
Additional pairs no charge
Your shoes will be delivered within 7 days anywhere in New Zealand providing they are in stock at the time of ordering. If your order is being delivered to work please make sure you provide us with your company name.
OVERSEAS
Willow Shoes accepts orders from Australia only. When we confirm the order by email or phone we will advise the international postage charge. All charges will be processed in $NZ at the exchange rate at the time of transaction. An insurance charge of approximately $10 is included in to postage price we quote you.
There are no free exchanges on international orders, postage and insurance will be charged again.
YOUR PRIVACY
We collect your personal
information and record it in our database when
you place an order and tick the mailing list box
or fill out the mailing list form. This information
is collected for the purpose of processing your
order and advising you about new season ranges
or other offers relating to Willow Shoes. We will
not pass your information on to other businesses
without your permission.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
NZ Dollars
All prices quoted on this website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST
of 12.5%. Australian Customers will be charged this price in NZ dollars at
the exchange rate that is current at the time of the transaction. We will
only accept credit card payment from Australian Customers.
Overseas import taxes
Willow Shoes is not liable for any import
taxes that may apply to the delivery of your order.
Shoe Picture Colours
While every effort is made to ensure that the shoe images are as true to colour
as possible we cannot guarantee an exact match due to variation in web browser
colours.
New Zealand law applies
All products and services on the Willow Shoes site are provided in accordance
with New Zealand Law and by choosing to shop from this site you acknowledge
that you are subject to these laws.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY AND PROCESS
Willow Shoes currently uses partial e-commerce for ordering from our site. Your order and credit card details are sent to us via a secure email link from our website and can only be accessed by Willow Shoes. Your credit card details are not stored on our computer system, they are deleted from the secure online ordering link once your order is processed. Your card is debited once we confirm your order and obtain clearance authorisation from your bank. Payment is not made when you hit the send button when placing your order. That is called full e-commerce. If the shoes you order are out of stock or the transaction is not authorised we will contact you.
